Wow it has been awhile. In the past 10 months or so there have been a few changes. The biggest of which is the promotion that I got in May. The promotion is good, but it has been hard to adjust to the schedule changes. I think I have actually gone backward in any progression I have made with my mood swings because of it. Bottom line...I am just not a morning person. Things get better for a while and then they tend to slide back again. It's a daily struggle.
I have also become Co-Chapter Manager of my mommies group, vegasmommies.com. That has been a learning experience and takes a lot more time than I thought it would. I am mostly enjoying it though.
Though all the changes that have been happening lately, I have started writing again. Granted its poetry and usually the only time I write poetry is when I am in a really dark place. Judging from what I have been writing though, that dark place is pretty obvious. I dont think I have ever written anything so dark. Getting it out helps though. I really think if I did it more often, I would feel a lot better. I have a tendency to hold things in and let them build to the breaking point. I have already had one minor breakdown and if I dont want to have another, I need to learn to get these feelings out.
